Objectives

Modern education aims not only at a harmonious training of body and mind for building up an integrated personality, but also has to be closely related to the social environment to make it meaningful and purpose-

oriented. Our aim is to make our institution a place of excellence where students can achieve full potential in their academic, creative, personal, physical, moral and spiritual development in the light of Islamic values.

The Prophet of Islam (Peace Be upon Him) was the greatest teacher of mankind and a gift of Allah. His educational mission has been summed up by the Quran as: -

It can be deducted from this verse thatc- i) The teacher should be from the people he has to teach, so that he is fully aware of the norms of moral and social behavior and needs of the community.

ii) The teacher should be fully conversant with the eternal truths which are the source of our ethical and cultural training.

iii) The teacher should purify the body and soul of his students and make them ready to receive knowledge to:-

a) Develop an Islamic approach to our social, political and economic problems

b) Gain competence in scientific knowledge and technology.

iv) The teacher has to be a good master of highest standards of education required in the college.

The sole objective is to induce the following characteristics in our students.

Know Thyself: (The College Motto)

To promote the sense of self understanding thereby paving the way to gain earnest insight into one’s existence and thus that of mankind in general.

Conceptual Understanding:

A key aspect of learning. Helping the students understanding isolated facts.

Sense of Accomplishment:

A self satisfied person who is contended with his achievements whether these are for himself or for others.

Belonging to inculcate:

The feelings like you are an important part of a group, while knowing that you are special, for who you are in an individual capacity.

Role Model:

An everyday person who is always encouraged to do his best. A person others can look forward to and can turn for help when in need.

Curiosity and Creativity:

Asking ‘why'? and ‘why not`? about the world around you. Coming up with novel and unique solutions to problems.

Leadership and Responsibility:

Being decisive, making bold choices and accepting responsibility for those choices.

Self Confidence:

Setting high goals and taking appropriate steps to achieve them. Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice, it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.
